
I received a dye and a trim from someone who introduced herself as Tami. Later, she said her name was Chrissy, and again later, she said her name was Mary. I was charged $120 for the cut and dye so i gave her $200 and told her to keep the change. Neither Chrissy, Mary nor Tami have a beautician's license. My skin and scalp suffered chemical burns severe enough that when the dye began to seep through and into my blood stream, I experienced anaphylactic shock and required emergency room treatment.
When Ross and Co. was politely made aware of the situation, they responded by saying they did nothing wrong and Did not believe they would be able to make the situation right. (I was asking for an apology and a haircut by a licensed beautician.)
I cannot tell you not to go there for your hair treatment. Maybe just make sure the licensing is up to date. For your own safety.
