GameStop — Attraction in Medford

Horrible customer service from Preston.

GameStop had preorders of Pokémon packs, like they do new video games, the price on the preorder ticket said that the packs would be $29.99, but when we got their it was $39.99. Instead of providing us with good customer service Preston complained on the phone, and talked about how he had been misplacing trade ins. Superrrrr not a good this to talk about in front of customers. Then told us he didn’t want to hear about our problem and telling us that we were wrong and it wasn’t possible for the price to be wrong. Even the other worker had to tell him that he was wrong and there was an issue (she was great btw but being trained by the wrong dude). FINALLY he told us the price is subject to change, and after reviewing our preorder receipt we see that verbiage is NOT there, meaning they were trying to over charge us, rather than fix their intake error. I went here yesterday to buy headphone/mic for my sons xbox and there was a larger guy who helped us. We where suggested to buy a certain pair. Which was fine they ended up being a nice set but we needed a certain adapter for them to work with the xbox one s. We specifically asked this guy if they would work with the xbox and he said yes. It was very annoying that i had to go back to the store today and get the adapter. Which i might add costs alot of money. I will not go back to this store again. And if anyone who's reading this does please make sure you look at the instructions before leaving...
