Cookie Connection — Restaurant in Medford

So i was in line and there were 2 people behind us were were first in line and all we wanted has 2 cookies but the lady decides that she was just gonna ignore us, and she completely just walked away even after we told her what we wanted and started helping other people, my daughters loved going here we would always go but i am never going again the lady who works here is extremely rude.
