Mahalo Shaved Ice — Restaurant in Medford

It was the customer service for me!!! It was my first time trying out this place and let me tell you....IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!!! I was visiting my in-laws this summer and I went on a little adventure to look around Medford with my little and we stumbled upon this gem located in a parking lot with some other vendors. We order two different kinds I got Lychee ( It was so good, this is always my go to flavor) and my little got grape of course with ice cream in the middle. The person helping us was very patient with us while my 4yr old changed her mind 1,000 time in less then 20 seconds LOL. We received our order and sat to eat I was not concerned at all about the ice cream not being all the way but the worker there was, she came out to hand me a punch card for a free shaved ice on my next visit because she wanted us to have the full experience of trying it with the ice cream set and not melting in the middle. Best shaved ice around :) They even have all natural sugar free options made with monk fruit extract. Not to mention that they use organic cane sugar syrup in the regular ones. It's a total plus that they don't use high fructose corn syrup. Plus they're HUGE! What a wonderful treat for such a hot day. I happened to run into mahalo Shaved ice. So I made a bline and parked Having and not so great day I thought this would make me feel better. Trying to juggle home life School work children it just seems overwhelming. Yes I know it's part of life but anyways my point is.
