Sweet Satisfaction — Restaurant in Medford

Sort of a guilty visit. Gave this site roughly 25 tries at improvement. Unfortunately today's visit will be the last one.

A year or so ago they served food crepes and boba.

After monthly visits, usually once a month or every other month, they have driven down hill. Metal or odd foods in the boba drinks. Crepes are old as in stale or just taste very old. Some had slimy fruit which with my dark humor was great as I feel ownership must have changed to a slimy manager or something.

All in all, used to be awesome. Staff, when issues brought to their attention offer replacement or refund and follow through every time. Today I won't be asking for either. I just...

I waiting 30 minutes in line to order a Tea. When I finally got up to the counter everyone has received their drinks. I was still standing waiting when three times people came out from behind back and looked at me and went back into the back. There was still 8 people behind me waiting to order. I ordered classic bubble tea. I could see brown gunky blobs of ‘tea powder’ floating around and when I actually taste it, I could not taste ANY tea flavor. It literally tasted SALTY (It was definitely there. Perhaps he doctored it with something!!!!) overly-sweet condensed milk diluted with some ice. It was so awful, I couldn’t drink it after one sip.
