Chinese Gourmet Express — Restaurant in Medford

It's pretty ridiculous when my wife and I go here and it's 6pm to get some dinner. Half of the food was gone and there were no egg rolls left. When asked when more mushroom chicken and egg rolls would be coming out. The lady said they were not making anymore that they were cleaning up. When I asked what time they close she said 7pm and my response was well that's in an hour. She said that I could have whatever was sitting in front of me.... if you're closing goes are 7pm then you should be cooking food until 7pm. Makes no sense and you lost business of 8 customer's due to the answer that we received. I went over to the next option in the food court and my bill was over $125 for 8 people. Your loss and I'm pretty sure the customer's after me left as well..... very poor...

So watch out everyone, Medford one is ripping people off. It’s at the mall. Gave the guy a 20 dollar bill and he was fumbling around for 2 minutes and then started to ring up both me and husband. Then he says you only gave me 10 dollars so my husband pulled out another 5 dollars and finished paying for it. I told my husband I don’t even have a ten in my purse. So I was watching him and another lady got ripped off two. She want back up to the teller and demanded the rest of her money back. This place is a joke. The sevining per price are sad. I got like 4 pieces of orange chicken per order and a tiny box that they said was a side. No wonder they are in the mall. I will never go here again. They used to give proper servings but now they just dont care and if its close to closing dont tell you that they just give you whats left not caring that you are paying for a real serving. The worker tell you that too when you say to them that there are only 3 peices of chicken and it says that 3 egg rolls in an order or 2 but they only hive you 1 and say that its about to close so thsts all you get. But they took full price for the meal and didnt give you...
