Main Antique Mall — Attraction in Medford

I've grown up in Medford and for the first time visited this antique mall with my cousin. Almost everything there seemed pretty authentic and the visit overall was pleasant. I can't say the same for the older man who works there. I didn't catch his name, but from the moment me and my cousin came into the mall we got the impression he was judging us. Granted my cousin and I are 20, and have an alternate sense of fashion. He didn't greet us, at least not welcomingly (from what I remember) and it felt as though he didn't trust us. Now, I work in customer service so I completely understand not wanting to let your guard down around questionable characters. But it didn't feel good to be looked at the way he looked at us as soon as we walked in. And it's not like they don't have cameras! They are everywhere. But if it wasn't for the lovely woman who decided to help us instead (also did not catch her name) I wouldn't want to come back. The items in the store are lovely to see all in one place. I love antique shopping and even just browsing. We went to Medford for an appointment and had several hours to kill. This was our first time here and also our last. The vibe/energy in here is not the most welcoming. Wasn't greeted and was followed around by a strange man that I thought was a shopper but by the time I left realized it was an owner or employee. I felt like he was following me thinking I was a shoplifter. Every single booth and there are tons of them were extremely overpriced. Every single booth was also offering 20% off which I found strange. This place has a lot of great things in it if your, Trying to find someone a A unique gift. That is old. This is the place to look. A lot of Collectible items, lots of unique Jewelry some of it old some of newer. It's all for sale. If you like something ask for help at the front they will be more then happy to show you the the stuff in the cassees that is what they are there for. Most of this items are things someone got from family or found themselves and trying to sell it to other people that would like the items.
