Burger Spot — Restaurant in Medford

Maybe the best burger place in Southern Oregon! The restaurant is trendy, hip, and has an overall great feeling! The owner is just as friendly as the restaurant is trendy and provides great recommendations!

From the recommendation of the owner I got a Onion, pepper jack cheese, and bacon burger with a side of fries and a Coke. The burger as you can see was stacked not just with ingredients but with flavor! From the first bite you will be instantly able to tell that they put real dedication and dare I say love, into what they provide to their customers. The fries were crispy, and cooked perfectly but lacked some flavor. It would be great if the owner created a signature spice mixture for the fries, to just give it that extra flavor kick. Maybe something that would pair nicely with their signature fry sauce?

That all said, I think "Burger Spot" should start adding a "The" before their name as they will definitely be The Burger Spot for me moving forward! On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this place an 8.9. In three words or less I would describe this place as: The Burger Spot.

Can't wait till my next burger!

On an unrelated note I think it would be pretty cool if the owner put out a jar at the register for people to donate to a local charity and really connect with...

Best burger, fries and onion rings in town. I'm told the fried chicken sandwich is excellent as well. The burgers and buns are very fresh with quality meat from a local butcher and buns from local bakery. Everything on the burgers is very fresh. Been coming here for years at old and new location. Although the burgers have never been frozen or the buns soggy. The recent one star review in March or April was the result of a very unqualified person at grill and sloppy management. It was taking over 30 minutes to get an order out of kitchen. New management has taken over at first of May. Excellent cook back in place and food is coming out as it should. Place is much cleaner with much less clutter and the street urchins and riff raff have been run off from hanging out in booths and bathrooms. Very happy with the changes. Very family friendly with more positive changes coming. Glad to come back on regular basis again....

My wife and I went here for lunch a few weekends ago since we were downtown running errands, our first time here. SUPER FRIENDLY staff, very welcoming. A new person (their first day) took our order, gave us good information to help us decide on which burgers to choose. Unfortunately, the order that showed up at our table was wrong for my wife (mine was correct). They were very apologetic and immediately corrected it, then checked in with us several times to ensure everything was good - which it was. Food is great, tasty burgers. We did not get beers (too early in the day), but we plan to on another visit. The place is bigger than it seems from outside, and pretty comfortable. The bathrooms and some areas are a little run down, could use some basic maintenance, paint, but not a major deal....
