Tech-World Computer Store — Attraction in Medford

These guys are scamming innocent people. Bought a desktop from them with 15 day warranty. I was in a real hurry so didn't check the price. When I went home and checked the price, same desktops were selling for less than half the price. So the next morning, I asked him if he would accept the computer back if I pay $25 service fee, he said NO and was quite rude about it.

When I hooked up the computer and checked specifications, the Win10 pro software has only few months left before expiration which he never mentioned in the sales advertisements nor during transaction. The hard drive was not the original one but a 7 yr old junk with bad sectors. CPU fan was a toast and making loud noises. Antivirus is a free avast antivirus. Now I realized why he was pushing so hard to sell. When I said I would come to his store to buy the item next day, he was adamant that he will deliver that night. And now he stopped responding to my messages. The desktop I bought for $350 a week ago, there are no takers for $150 at craigslist.

What a joke. It says "Best Price Guaranteed ".

Is that the guarantee you are talking about, selling the item for more than double the market price ?

And look at these all fake reviews. No wonder they are from newly opened accounts...

Nothing but good things to say about this store. I went to the store to pick out a laptop and Emilian the owner was very helpful. I narrowed it down to 2 choices but one of them had a little problem with some of the keys where you had to press them down pretty hard for them to work. Emilian told me I could buy the laptop and take it home and he went ahead and ordered a new keyboard for it in front of me and told me the day it would be in. When it came in in less than a week Emilian came to my house to change it! I will definitely do my business...
