Let's me start by saying this: if your food is mediocore, a strong customer services will keep the customer come back. Apparently, this place got neither. I visited this restaurant more than 5 times and each times the experience just keep getting worse and worse. Too bad that me and my girlfriend loved this restaurant from our past dine-in. This was probably my last visit to this place. Their Pho tastes just like any other Pho restaurant if you asked me. My main focus of this review is the customer approach of this restaurant. Ever since they hired the two new Indian waiters, I never feel welcome when walked in this place. Never trust any Pho place that hire non-Vietnamese people as server. I walked in a little over past 8pm on Wednesday night no where near their closing time and the Indian waiter already have an attitude??? From the start to finish, this waiter spoke not more than 5 words with his customer and rude as hell. This guy has zero customer services skill. It's like he is forced to be there. I'm not sure if we are just an isolated incident or this is how he treats all the customer of this restaurant. Keep this guy around and this restaurant will see the...

Long answer: As a Vietnamese person myself and living in Vietnam for my whole adolescence, trust me when I say that I know what AUTHENTIC Viet food taste like. Although there are many good Viet restaurants out there, this was definitely not one of them. The bathrooms were dilapidated, the servers did not speak Viet. I ordered the extra large pho, 18 dollars down the drain. My 10 year old daughter ate it in 5 minutes. The meat and the spleen were the thinnest I’ve ever seen and the broth left a weird aftertaste. The bun bo hue broth had the same flavor as the pho, it did not taste like authentic bun bo hue. Another 15 dollars down the drain. I ordered fried rice, they came out 20 minutes later with white rice, saying that they ran out of fried rice, not even asking me if I still wanted it. Let me list few issues: off brand sriracha, napkins did not come out of the box, did not give us sauce bowls, and so much more. Anyways, if you want to have a good time and eat real Vietnamese food, do...
Read moreMenu is terrible and has no descriptions whatsoever of the food. When asking about some of the dishes, the waitstaff were unable to understand simple questions such as "what's in this dish?" At one point, the answer I received was "it's standard." What does that even mean? I'm not Vietnamese nor do I eat Vietnamese frequently, so I don't even know what that means, as if there's really such a thing as "standard" for food anyway. Don't eat here if you like to know what's going into your body or need information about potential allergens.
As for the food we had - mediocre at best. The spring rolls I had were fine, but quite bland, and the peanut sauce was basically watery sweetened peanut butter. No acidity, no spice. The sauce for the egg rolls may have been better, but I couldn't tell because there was only enough sauce in the container to barely cover the bottom. The banh mi was....ok? Completely...
