Farmers Insurance - Jacqueline Lamar — Attraction in Memphis

My husband died back 2018 and apparently escrow had paid the insurance for the year. So, I was contacted and told that a check was do, since home insurance stopped after his death. However, they are giving me the run around and will not send the check which is rightfully mines since I am his surviving widow and are talking about sending it back to the mortgage company instead to keep from paying it to me, or keep it for there self after I have submitted all the information like his death certificate to them. Very untrustworthy office.

UPDATE After I reported them to the Better Business Bureau someone got in contact with me from the corporate office and they sent me a check without all the red tape they’d been talking about previously to hinder me from getting the money.
