Steve Womack - State Farm Insurance Agent — Attraction in Memphis

I'm not reviewing State Farm Insurance. All big insurance companies have their pros and cons.

I am reviewing Steve Womack's State Farm office located in Cooper Young, Midtown, Memphis.

I have pretty much everything with Mr. Womack's office. My auto, my home, my rental property, my business, my commerical property.

I started out with only having rental contents insurance with him a long time ago. Then I moved my car. As my small business grew, his office ALWAYS had some one available to answer my call or email, so I moved my work related insurance needs to him. When I bought my first home, I didn't even look around. I emailed his office during the purchasing phase. I didn't worry about insurance for my "new" old midtown home. My relationship with Mr.Womack's office grew over time. I was never pressured to buy anything. I was always treated like I was a favorite well known customer, even back when I just had a $10 a month rental contract when I lived in a slum lord run place. His office, while able to email me electronic documents anytime I need, feels very old school. You feel like his ladies know you personally. I have had several auto wrecks and once the entire front of one of my buildings was destroyed in a storm. Every time one of these insane things was happening, some one sitting at a desk on Cooper Street called me or emailed me at least weekly, if not daily when things were poppin, to make sure that Big State Farm was treating me right. I can't tell you if State Farm insurance is right for you or the best price. But if you want to feel like there is some one local that shops at the same Kroger you do that will be there when you have a difficult or weird insurance issue, then you want to be with Steve Womack's office.

Steve Womack’s team & Wendy Williams are incredible! I started using them about 5 years ago when I moved to Memphis for work... Over time I got married, replaced vehicles, and bought a house with my husband. State Farm’s rates were very competitive with other options we looked into, and provide an amazing value when bundling! Not only that but you won’t find a team better than this one in Memphis!

Last weekend our brand new car was broken into... we had 2 windows busted out and the back seat damaged. The frustration that comes with being the victim of a robbery/break-in is beyond words. We worked so hard to buy a new vehicle just to have someone selfishly destroy it for little to no gain for them. The morning after it happened, I seriously felt NO sense of security. Calling State Farm (specifically talking to Wendy) was the BEST thing that happened to us all week. She took care of the claim immediately without me lifting a finger, and TRULY CARED about us. Not only that but she went above and beyond by doing research for me even after the filing the claim. My wallet was stolen in the incident, and that meant no drivers license to get a rental car. Wendy was able to get me approved for Uber reimbursement while the car is being repaired (which I didn’t even ask for but she found that as a solution anyway)!

Seriously so thankful for Wendy, Steve Womack’s team, and State Farm! I will refer friends and family to this group for years to come. Stay happy &...

Several years ago I left State Farm for Geico. As a single parent of 2 young children, I had to cut corners where I could. When I have had questions about billing, Caitlin is always available to explain how to read my bill. The manager, Jennifer, is always happy to explain my coverage and makes wonderful recommendations that fit my family and my budget. And not once in my insurance history have I ever had an insurance agent sit down with me to review what my insurance actually does for me, but Steve has taken the time to do so and I could not be more appreciative. I could not be happier with this wonderful agency and fully expect to keep my business here & recommend them to everyone I know!...
