The word I would use to describe having Andrea Sampson's help - "Refreshing" If there is not a "Refreshing Service" award, I would propose creating one and will pledge $10/month increase to my billing if Mrs Andrea can be the first recipient. Having to deal with customer service on a daily basis has giving me a greater appreciation for individuals that take pride in creating a positive interaction. A new company policy requiring a change in my previous coverage was the just the push I needed to search out a new insurance provider. The dread of going through another sign-up process felt more troublesome than having to track down After checking with my local network for a reference, I was connected to Andrea. Our call started off sharing a laugh in reference to our mutual contact follow by admitting my lack of knowledge navigating the insurance field or what I needed. Andrea gracefully took the lead and allowed me to forward over documents to her and reassured her team was able to satisfy each item I needed. I greatly appreciate how patient Andrea was as some steps required processing or approval time where, in past experiences, some service providers may place on hold or reconvene at a later time unspecified. She took this time to answer each question and even explain the steps to take should I ever need any of the renters/fire/auto/umbrella.. etc coverages. As more short delays came about (feeling confident/comfortable) our conversation unconsciously moved beyond insurance as if catching up with an old friend. This is when I went from greatly appreciating Andreas positive professionalism to truly admiring how she practices life. I learned that Andrea with-in the last few weeks had a bachelorette party, a sister pass away, and got married. Read moreBy far the worst agent and team ever!! I regret the decision of ever switching to them! January 2022, I fell severely sick from COVID 19 and fell behind on all my bills. After quarantining for over a month and finally starting to feel somewhat better, February 2022 I was in an accident where a reckless driver ran me into another driver and kept going. I reached out to my agent and they "promised and reassured" that everything was ok and even though I was late on 1 payment that my insurance was still in good standing. They asked me to make a payment just to make sure there was no issues with processing the claim. I put myself at risk of eviction making a payment from my rent funds BECAUSE MY AGENT PROMISED EVERYTHING WAS OK. Well they lied because the next day they denied everything they previously said and refused to cover my claim. I asked the agent to play the callback since "all calls are recorded" and they hung up in my face after again denying everything. It is now December 2022 and they have not only not repaired my car but they just had my license suspended and revoked saying i had no insurance (and for not paying for the other person's damages) when we BOTH WERE INSURED WITH STATE FARM!! Read moreI was with this company for a little over a year. The first year was fine as I didn’t need anything. I then had back to back days of golf ball size hail for about a 15-20 min time span. I had a lot of roof damage. I couldn’t get Zach or his office to ever call me back. I always had to consistently call to even talk to someone. Zach wouldn’t even talk to my roofing company and the secretary was smart with the roofing company. Zach done nothing to help me. I had to deal with State Farm directly through the 1800 number And wait on the phone forever to talk to anyone. I called the office yesterday to cancel all policies (2 cars and 2 properties) and the secretary asked if I needed a cancel confirmation email and I said yes. She said ok and hung up and acted smart to me the whole time on the phone. The policy wasn’t cancelled and I never got an email. I again had to call the 1800 number to cancel my policy. I even had them call me to set up a meeting with Zach and I to talk about the policy unrelated to the hail damage claim. They called me twice to confirm it and Zach never called even though I blocked my schedule to speak with him. I have had nothing but bad experiences with them.
