Not even mad I waited 20 minutes. I didn't catch their names but two beautiful barista that worked Saturday 11/13 morning shift, a young soft spoken girl with curly hair and a teddy bear of a guy with facial hair. They were sweet, patient and had great customer service even though it was just the two of them working alone with a constant 15 car deep line. I wish I had more to tip them. They deserve a big bonus. The location was at the poplar store next to olive garden. My order was perfect and they were both amazing. I hope they see this. Nurses love and appreciate you. To management, please hold a job fair, something to fill your store. Stand up for your employees so they get paid for the conditions they have to work in during this staff shortage and unemployment crisis. Customers, before you leave a bad review, take a look at your surroundings and see that often times, these workers are just doing the best they can with the circumstances and have no control over how busy it is or how Starbucks corporate manages their staffing and...
Read moreStore opens at 5AM, mobile order placed at 5:12AM for drive-thru pickup. Pull up to the speaker box...we wait & wait, nothing. Move up to the pickup window, see employees inside & they "pretend" they don't see or hear us. We drive a VERY loud diesel truck that can be heard from far away & especially rumbling next to the pickup window. I got out of our truck to go inside, doors are locked. Employee comes to the door & states they are having "staffing issues", can't fulfill any orders at this time & most likely won't be able to until around 6AM. I ask about cancelling my order & am told "you'll have to call Starbucks to do that". I say "this is just getting worse" of to which the employee responds "oops".
I understand stores are having staffing issues, BUT don't pretend y'all weren't aware we were waiting on our order & think "oops" is an acceptable response. I know there's an alarm that sounds for the drive-thru, put a note on the speaker box, acknowledge...
Read moreI currently am out of transportation and had to Uber a coffee which I spent $12.15 on btw. When I received the coffee it was so wrong! I looked at the sticker and everything was right so how they could mess up so badly is beyond me! I asked for 1 pump mocha and was given probably 8 pumps of it. There were no other syrups added nor caramel drizzle that the sticker clearly stated in black and white. It shows a clear lack of costumer service for them to be able to mess up a coffee having to have realized what they had done and just say oh well and serve it anyway. I’ve had my coffee messed up from this location before on several occasions but I was picking it up myself so I had the opportunity to have them fix it. Bottom line I would definitely take the xtra mile and order from the Starbucks on ridgeway and poplar. Where they actually pay attention and care about what they are serving to their...
