Straight Shot — Attraction in Menasha

I knew of this establishment, only as it's on the main road thru Neenah and Menasha, but wasn't aware of what they had to offer. Finally, a friend brought me with me as he had something to purchase.

Astonishing. Clean. Priced accordingly. Impressive variety of products. Unique items for lobbyists' activities that I either wasn't aware of. Fresh atmosphere.

The gentleman behind the counter was very interesting and intelligent. His banter was hilarious and had that homey feeling that is lacking in today's society.

Being a Wisconsinite, although it's natural for our sports' Camaraderie with Da Bears, I find it hysterical that product for that terrible team 🤭 to be offered there. I understand the purpose of it being in this facility, of course. Although I was a FIB as a teenager, I still loathe that team for obvious reasons. When my family and friends come to visit, I'll be sure to bring them to Straight Shot, not only as this is an impressive establishment, but they'll support their (awful) team.

I've been a customer since they were a little hole in the wall at Fox River Mall in the 90's. Always impressed with the inventory and the knowledge staff. If this place doesn't have it, it doesn't exist. The only downside to this place is the amount of inventory so it's a catch 22. There is so much stuff it's cluttered and hard to find although the place is laid out strategically and organized. When it's busy it's hard to get through the narrow aisles in the dart section of the store and easy to knock stuff off the shelves. Prices are reasonable and not any higher than online retailers and they have stuff for every budget. Sometimes there are freebies in the front entryway, but be respectful and kind to the people after you and take one...not the whole pile as I've seen customers do. Really?! You need a stack of 100 Viper stickers and 10 free slim dart cases. Maybe staff should consider moving this to a better monitored spot. Still not understanding the checkout area surrounded by...

Nothing to choose from! Lack of inventory is an understatement! Woman working, or pretending she was, was less than knowledgeable and unwilling to help us. Tried to ask a few questions and about got my head chewed off as if I was bothering her! We spent $500.00 there that day but can assure you will never go back there. The $500. was a gift certificate from my husband who passed away shortly after purchasing it. I tried to return it and explained that he died and I no longer needed or wanted the gift certificate because I wasn't going to buy a pool table anymore. She said they don't do that.
