On 11/25/24 at around 14:23. My spouse and I were being rung up for a a set of Copic Markers. The associate we had was good, however; his co-worker was very rude. His co-worker was a older white lady, with blonde hair and up in a ponytail. She was short, crass, and acting as if he was being a bother to her. We did not appreciate her attitude towards both him and us, including her own customers. He needed help unlocking a product and she was being overall snarky that the product was already open instead of helpful on teaching him how the cases are opened. Deflating him in the process throughout the transaction. We noticed that our military discount did not apply to the transaction even though it is synced to our account and my spouse had their ID on them, while I did not. She proceeded to tell us that my spouse needed their own rewards membership to apply and ignored me. All we asked is if the discount applied with the coupon as well. Which I looked into after, under the coupon exclusions and it does apply to my item with the discount. Towards the end of the transaction the credit card was offered and mentioned. She took it upon herself to insert into the conversation (again) with a "Do it, do it, do it!" All while ignoring her customers. We do not appreciate her at all and the way she handles herself at work. I would expect someone as old as her to be more professional and not like this. I hope the associate that helped us has a great day and doesn't have to work with her very often. This is a rarity at this...

I got aisle numbers went into store got my items short wait for cashier, but no problem. 03-12-2022 very disappointed today. Not much of a selection. I checked the web site before going and it said it had what i needed in stock, needless to say, there was not any of what i needed. The yarn department is a mess. Different yarns in wrong places, not enough quantity to make much. It appears they may do away with Red Heart yarns since there was very little to choose from. I love red heart yarn, but had to get other brand since there was not enough of any color to make what i was working on. O5-24-2022 wow....very disappointed today walking into this particular Michaels. I was greeted by a gentleman who was fixing a couple shelves up by entryway. The store was a mess.....when i got to yarn department....yarn on floor, skeins pulled out, empty shelving, 1-3 skein in a bin (some not even the same color or brand). This is very disappointing since it is very close to my home. I travel to San Diego, Oceanside, San Marcos, Julian, Torrance, Chino Hills, Los Angeles, Inglewood, Hawthorne.....and believe me i have been in Michaels in these areas and not one is as bad as this one. I was so discusted that i left. They did not have Red Heart Super Saver Yarn - Black in any of the racks.....and i could not find anyone to ask for assistance. I will avoid this Michaels from now on and drive to Temecula to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been there so many times before and the shopping experience had been great until today. Iāve got to say Iām still hurt for the way I was treated. I had to get some costume frames and I went to the costume frame desk and waited since the associate was busy with a customer, I waited for over 10 minutes there in front of her with my 3 kids and she never even looked at me once or acknowledged me standing in front her with 3 kids, she basically ignored me. A few minutes later an other customer stand right next to me and within 10 seconds she asked if she needed costumed frames and said sheāll be with her in a few minutes. I obviously upset pointed out the situation and she got the audacity to tell me āIām sorry I didnāt see you there, do you need something?ā. How on earth did she not notice 4 people infront of her but she did notice the person next to me. Her and I made eye to eye contact at one point so I figured all I had to do was wait for my turn, turns out she claimed to not noticed me? I felt discriminated, insulted and offended and Iāll never go back to that specific store. A different representative approached me noticing the situation and tried to help āTerese is her nameā, I highly appreciate her help it made me a little better. I left the store offended and empty handed....
