Had a small issue upon delivery, talked to Matt, and gave him time to fix it. Nothing bad or big, but worth letting him know. Matt’s follow up, communication, and customer service was unparalleled in any industry. Matt resolved the issue, and unlike most companies, Matt’s customer service & follow up was the best I’ve seen in years! If you own a company, or are a manager of a large corporation... I would suggest you go to the Mattress Firm in Menifee and watch Matt work, take notes, and go train your staff to be like Matt! There are not enough Matt’s in business today. Thank you Matt, we greatly appreciate your knowledge and customer service you gave to my wife and I. Mattress Firm is a very fortunate company, because they definitely found themselves a great salesperson and customer service person to represent their company...in all the best ways possible!

Definitely recommend Mattress Firm as our whole experience was phenomenal. The Chattam and Wells mattress that Matt suggested, has been perfect to help with my back issues. The Chattam & Wells mattress utilizes a process to stop bunching up in the lower back when utilized with an adjustable, that in itself has reduced some of the pain and allows me to get some sleep. Husband and I went in to just check out the options to start figuring out what type of mattress we might want in the near future, was honestly planning to figure out what style then buy something close to that and cheap online. The manager helped us on the floor and we felt 0 pressure to purchase and he answered all our questions, which is always nice. We tested at least 10 different beds and quickly found our favorite. The manager let us know pricing and payment options and told us the varias options to purchase and return. We left and within 4 hours knew that we had to go back and make the purchase. We went back the next day and are happy we did! Not only did we get exactly what we wanted but got $300 off with the varies discounts. Great service, zero pressure atmosphere, highly recommend checking out Matress Firm if you are even considering a new bed. Also want to mention both days we went the store we did not have to wait for service, everyone followed social distancing and had their masks on and it was a simple process. We chose to have the matress and base delivered and assembled and our new dream bed is being delivered tomorrow and we already know what time to expect them! Definitely worth your time to check out. They also have a lot of sales/ clearance items on their website if you are not hooked on a particular mattress you could easily save hundreds. Sales people at the store were great. Provided the best customer service possible. However, the process of getting the mattress was a nightmare. First the mattress was delayed multiple times. They offered free delivery due to the delay (I was originally going to pick up the mattress). The First mattress was delivered and had a huge snag in it. They set it up to be replaced. The replacement mattress came with huge dirty/oily hand prints and oil spots on it. They then tried to make it right again. The delivery people came and were extremely rude this time. The damaged my home and my new furniture. They brought another oil covered mattress (which the delivery driver acknowledged before even opening the new mattress). Why even bring a replacement that you can already clearly see it is damaged? They then proceeded to remove their products from my home and slammed their mattress and box springs into my walls on the way out. The delivery people have horrible customer service skills and a lack of respect for your home. I wish I would have kept it store pick up and this all could have been avoided. I will never do business with Mattress firm again... Even though the sales associates are very friendly and do have customer service skills. I am extremely disappointed in this level of service. Don't waste your time, I would shop elsewhere and save yourself...
