I attended Part 1 of the self defense workshop yesterday. Learning self defense is something I really wanted to do, but felt nervous about signing up for a class. On 06/08/25 my wife, son, and I completed the Saber Pepper Spray Civilian Course (2.5 hours) with instructor Bill Stedman. Many people carry pepper spray but few actually understand how to tactically employ it, the legal ramifications of its use, or decontamination procedures.
