I consider myself a pretty harsh critic on customer service but was wowed by a recent experience at Poppy & Thyme. I had never been to the boutique before and learned about it the afternoon of Christmas Eve. Wanted to pick up a lavender stress ball as a gift for my mom and called to check to see if they were open on the holiday. They were in the process of closing and I asked if I could pay by credit card over the phone and if she could hide the package outside for me to pick up. She was so kind on the phone and said that she would keep the door open for me and wait until I arrived about 15 minutes later. I will definitely be back - it was a really neat store with lots of unique gifts and really AWESOME...

My mom, brother and I stopped in today for our first time and we were blown away! We each made perfumes/air fresheners and it was such a fun process. They have such a wide range of scents to choose from and they guide you through the whole process! Rachel and Layla (I hope I am spelling that correctly) were extremely friendly and helpful the whole time we were there! I would highly recommend coming here for a fun activity with friends/family. The staff alone makes this place stand out because they were just that wonderful! I can say enough great things and I will definitely be returning here soon to make some...
