The reason, 1🌟, is NOT because of MY BEAUTIFUL HOME, MY PHOTOGRAPHED SUNSET VIEWS, MY GORGEOUS DECK/PATIO, OR MY FRT & SIDE YARDS THAT I HAVE MANICURED DAILY! I TAKE PRIDE IN MY HOME, AND LOVE GARDENING! I'VE BEEN TOLD MANY TIMES WHAT AN AWESOME JOB I'VE DONE IN IMPROVING BOTH MY YARDS AND INSIDE MY HOME! SEVERAL NEIGHBORS NOW ASK ME ADVICE IN DECOR AND LANDSCAPING! WOW!! HONOR FOR ME! THERE'S A LOVELY, HOMEY, COTTAGE COZY FEEL HERE, IN MY HOME! MAKES ME SMILE..SIMULTANEOUSLY, SADNESS, DEEP SADNESS FOR THE NEGLECT IN WELCOMING ME HERE 8 MONTHS AGO. I MOVED HERE HOPING FOR A NEW, CLEAN START WITH MY DOGGIE, SAMMY. HE'S MY SERVICE DOG, BUT FIRST HE'S MY BEST FRIEND. THRU THICK AND THIN, SAMMY AND PRAYER HAVE GUIDED ME AFTER 8 YRS OF TRAGEDIES, LOSS OF MY DAD WHO RAISED ME, AND A SEVERE BRAIN INJURY, TBI, I SUSTAINED WHILE CARING 4 MY BELOVED DAD..I FOUND CLICKINESS, GOSSIP, RUMORS,... HATEFUL THINGS...DISTURBED MY WELCOME, DESTROYED MY 1ST DREAM IN DECADES, AND RUINED MY LIFE HERE! MY NEIGHBORS ACROSS THE STREET TOLD ME THEY DISPISE DOGS WHEN I VERY FIRST MET THEM! NO WELCOME TO ME, JUST HORRIBLE COMMENTS WHICH THEY CONVEYED TO THEIR CLICK. AFTER ONLY 5 MONTHS, MONTE VISTA EVICTED SAMMY! SAMMY IS A BEAUTIFUL, LOVING, GENTLE SOUL OF A DOG, AND I NEED HIM FOR MY TBI! REASON STATED ON EVICTION WILL BE RELEASED TO YOU ALL AFTER THE FOLLOWING ---ALL MY MANY DRS, SPECIALISTS DESCRIPTION OF SAM, MY PERSONAL FEELINGS & FACTS, VETERINARIANS, FRIENDS OPIONIONS, SEVERAL NEIGHBORS WHO TOOK TIME TO KNOW ME & SAMMY, MY TBI THERAPIST DESCRIPTION-AS SHE DOES HOME VISITS WITH ME, ETC ETC..IS ...SAMMY WHO IS YELLOW LAB/BLUETICK HOUND, 4 YRS OLD, JUST TURNED 5!, IS LOVEABLE, LOVED EVERYONE WHO HE CROSSED PATHS WITH..INCLUDING ANY DOGS, GENTLE, PLAYFUL, NEVER GROWLED,NEVER BARED TEETH, DOESN'T BARK EXCEPT WHEN SOMEONE COMES UP OUR PORCH-AS HE SHOULD!, NEVER BITES, ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES OUTDOORS, FOLLOWS RULES, DOCILE, BEEN TRAINED, AND GOING THRU PERSONAL TRAINING, COMFORTING, HELPFUL TO/ FOR ME, PPL STOP ME IN STORES AS HIS TEMPERAMENT IS AWESOME, OBEDIENT, AND HE'S GORGEOUS! MY HEART IS BROKEN, MY SPIRIT GONE..AS EVICTION WAS, AS FAR AS MY EXPERTS CAN SEE, WAS ILLEGAL! AND IS BEING CHALLENGED. MEANWHILE, I'M MOVING DUE TO THIS, AND SAFETY ISSUES AT MV, LACK OF SECURITY, LACK OF MANAGEMENT KNOWKEDGE, LACK OF RULES ESPECIALLY NOICE-EXTREME LOUD PARTIES! PAST QUIET NIGHT TIME HRS! GOSSIP RESULTED INTO LIES, LABELLING MY SAMMY AS " AGGRESSIVE AND ATTACK DOG???" STARTED BY NEIGHBORS ACROSS THE STREET AS THEY TOLD OTHER NEIGHBORS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! CALLING SAMMY AGGRESSIVE! THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES COMING TO THOSE WHO TOOK PART IN THIS TERRIBLE INJUSTICE! NOT PET...

Nice exclusive adult community.🥸 Most unusual for an RV park. More like a country club!😳 Probably not my type of stay for Solo Nomad 😎. I'm still not looking forward to traveling out West in the desert. 🏜️ Most of these Parks have no trees.🚫🎋 No shade, no green 😔. And no views 🫣

Endless activities. Enormous property. There's more going on here than anyplace else I've visited.😳 It is attached to a massive mobile home community😱.

☹️It's pricey. 💵It's busy. This is the first time I've come across a property that charges a monthly utility fee for W&S💧💩which is normally included with the lot rental🤨. I'm familiar with paying additional electric⚡ for seasonal stays, however, they also charge an additional "base" ⚡electric utility fee. 🤑

If you decide to stay here, you wouldn't be leaving for a weekend trip or visiting family and staying with them. Because you're paying for the site and utilities every day, whether you're there or not. 😑

You get a reduced rate depending upon the number of months (3-6) during the season, but the reduction only brings it down to what other places cost on a monthly rate.

They only offer a $100 Earlybird return incentive. 🧐 That's the deal where you basically give them a loan for 6 months before you return. 🫢 $100 is not enough of an incentive for me to book earlier. Especially in a place that cost $1,200 a month. The encore Park I winter in Florida is a $200 early bird discount and it's less than $800 a month and it's not in BFE 🙈

Depending on what months you stay here, you could end up paying more for one month on a seasonal contract than it cost elsewhere on a retail daily rate! 🤑

But it's busy. It's full. The prices keep going up and people keep...

Some call this the hidden gem of the West. Start off by being greeted by incredibly friendly individuals at the guard shack, our guard had a funny name like mustard, or milk, but overall great guy.

Although the speed limit is very low, unmarked speed bumps will surely jolt your brain back into consciousness every fifteen yards or so. Speed limits are low but not as low as the looks you’ll get if you happen to eclipse that speed limit, so watch it!

Gorgeous softball fields, blistering hot tennis courts, and enough pickle ball courts to host the olympics of this obscure sport.

There is a distinct aroma in the air that an untrained nose might associate with the nearby landfill, but they would be mistaken. i believe it’s just the smell of sweltering animal carcasses in the nearby desert.

Majestic pool that one could say is almost over the top. Hot tub with a glistening waterfall. Abundant changing rooms and a weight room with top of the line equipment that seems to never have been touched.

Although there is a rumor about no hot water getting to the coin operated laundry machines, recent discoveries have disproved this notion.

The homes in this complex are modern engineering marvels and will likely stand until the end of time.

Had a Wicked good time. Will probably retire here once...
