Autumn and Ezmeralda blew me away with their incredible care! I wanted to surprise my husband, who’s usually a bit cautious about trying new things. After weeks of feeling under the weather and struggling with the relentless pain of neuropathy, I thought it was high time to explore the benefits of IV therapy. My goal was to boost his well-being and hopefully lessen his dependence on pain medications.

I scheduled our appointment for Saturday afternoon, and from the moment we stepped through the door, we were enveloped in warmth and kindness from these two amazing women. They made us feel completely at home and were so patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring we were comfortable and well-informed every step of the way.

Choosing the Mesa Shores Prime IV location was one of the best decisions I’ve made! The very next day, I brought my daughters along, and we were greeted with the same welcoming energy. This has truly been a wonderful journey for our family, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care we received.

Went here with my fiancé and we both got IV treatments. Both the staff members that assisted us were knowledgeable and personable. I was very impressed at how clean the place was and it really had a great vibe to it. It even smelled good inside. They have some flavored water that’s complementary, the day we went it was coconut and honestly it was delicious. The massage chair was probably my favorite part. I could sit in that thing all day. It had a lot of different settings so you could really dial it in. The staff were very knowledgeable as it was our first time so they walked us through the whole process and even explained that they had monthly packages which we are interested in for our own employees. I felt relaxed and revitalized afterwards and would recommend people go here to improve their health...

5 stars and more!! I went to Rocky Point with friends for the Thanksgiving holiday and upon returning home, experienced some SEVERE dehydration from an intestinal bug. I knew some IV therapy would really help, so I booked an appt. online and went to the Prime IV Mesa Shores location. To my surprise, the doors were locked and the staff was in training for their grand opening, a few days later. Even though they weren’t officially taking appointments, they welcomed me into their beautiful facility and gave me the best IV experience! Truly, it was the main component toward fully healing! Cami and her incredible staff made me so comfortable and used my impromptu visit as a training experience…it was a WIN/WIN for sure 👍 I will definitely be using their services again in the future!
