Horrible customer service. I walked in with my daughter on a Saturday morning and was never greeted at all. My number one pet peeve and the lady who walked in before me with her daughter got smiles and a warm welcome so I proceeded to look at the baby wall of T-shirt’s and picked the one I wanted and stood by the register and waited more than 2 minutes and the cashier never looked up to say anything to me. And then as I approached the other side I’d the register she says “you ready?” Ready for what I don’t know.... I saw hello how are you? And I let her know immediately that she didn’t acknowledge my presence or speak and she said oh I’m sorry I was in the back getting books. Asked the woman behind the counter about sizes for babies and she was remarkably rude to my wife; terse and condescending. Immediately told my krewe to put everything back on the racks - a couple hundred dollars worth of merchandise - and walked out. NOT the way to treat anyone, certainly not loyal customers. My nine year old asked what we did to make that woman speak like that to her mom. Get out of retail if you can’t treat people with respect. Can’t begin to describe my...
