I got to the drive thru and I wanted to order just a sandwich and add an apple cider to it. I kept talking to the window, but I guess it was too late so thatās fine.
When I got to the window they charged me for two drinks and two sandwiches. The one cashier kept insisting that I had ordered a latte and that was the one thing she could hear and I kept having to repeat that I canāt have caffeine, I only ordered a sandwich and then an apple cider at the window. They kept turning to their coworkers insisting I ordered a latte when I did not. Still donāt know how they decided to ring me up for two sandwiches and then only prepared one for me at the window, it feels obvious there was only one sandwich at that point.
They fixed the issue but it took two extra members of their staff and they were overall dismissive and defensive. It took a long time to wait and even longer to fix the issue. I wanted to try this place out to support a more local business but I donāt think I will ever come back or can in good conscience recommend this spot to anyone just from the service alone.
I understand the workers might feel disgruntled for whatever personal reason but I left feeling guilty that I had intruded on them by trying to buy from their...

They didnāt tell me they were under staffed and I watched 8 people get their breakfast sandwich to go and no telling how many people received food through the drive threw. I needed to be somewhere for 10:30 but Iāve been waiting now almost 30 minutes. I understand being under staffed and no shows but tell your customer before hand their could be a long wait. At least come over to your customer an apologize personally after I had to get up and ask about my food. Then only one part of the meal was made and not even to go as asked. When I say Iām fuming mad and a long time customer for years stopping in but guess I wonāt be after this! Donāt go to another table an apologize and not come to me and apologize. While I'm waiting I realized I left my wallet at home, I only had $3 and my phone (Venmo) on me. When I finally go to the window I explained to the person at the window that I left my wallet at home but still had $3 and Venmo, and asked if they would take either or those. My drink was only $4.50. But they would not, even after waiting almost half an hour in a line with hardly no one in it. There was not way for me to exit the drive through early so I was forced to wait.
Shame on me for forgetting my wallet, but no apology for the long wait and they would rather throw the coffee they prepared away instead of taking my $3 and cutting me a break. This is horrible customer service, I will never go back. There's plenty of other options for...
