Miami Beach Parking Lot — Attraction in Miami Beach

Free after 6PM, $1 an hour before that, fantastic opportunity to park and walk and/or enjoy the Beach ⛱️🏖️ (and the Ocean 🌊!). If you miss it or if it is full (yes, it is not that big, unfortunately), avoid the next one (Eden Rock, 53rd st.), or enjoy their flat rate ($20) !! Or further away, closer to Ocean Drive, "only" $2 or $3 an hour, but free after 3AM, and max 3 hours ! So, this seems to be "the last parking before the credit card kingdom" 😊l Also, this little car paradise could be "adjusted" by the authorities anytime soon, sorry about that whenever...

Super convenient parking. 4 hours cost $4.35 on a Wednesday afternoon. 1 min walk to beach with chair and umbrella rentals available the second you step onto the sand ( $10 a chair). Jet skis available to rent too. $100 for 30 min. Offer a drone video for $65 too. Nearby restaurant came by offering drinks. $27 for a Miami vice.. that was $$! Little playground / workout area and large, clean bathrooms. Commented how nice & easy this was for out of towners from IL. Attended over spring break and still had the place...

Our hotel was nearby and charging $40 per day to park. No thanks! We parked here for about $12 for 2 days instead of $80 since they do not charge at night and we were not there during the day due to activities elsewhere quite a bit. After we checked out of our hotel we went to the beach using the access at this parking lot. They had a life guard, bathrooms, showers and a nice playground with a huge sun awning high above it...
