Read moreWe purchased a pair of Chanel sunglasses and added the insurance. The first pair broke, but they were replaced. Unfortunately, the second pair had issues from the beginning: they were stiff and difficult to open, and there were visible defects. Despite this, I accepted them.
Just a week later, the arm popped open and the lens fell out. We returned to the store, and they repaired them, assuring us the issue wouldn’t happen again. However, the same problem occurred three weeks later. They fixed them again, but at this point, it’s frustrating to keep coming back for the same issue.
