First time here and last time 10-5-2024. We called and made reservations for my brother and his wife’s anniversary we had a hard time finding it as we are not locals even called the restaurant for help and directions the lady hung up on my brother talk about (Rude) so we proceeded to walk until we found it. We should have just went to the Cheesecake Factory down from this place. After 15 minutes we finally found Ole Ole Steakhouse. Very small inside but we ate outside. I don’t recommend sitting on the outside as the public walks by with dogs that sniff you and potty along the walls, people are smoking and all kinds of stuff all while you are trying to eat. Anyhow, after finally getting to order Sri is it was 20 minutes before the drinks came out. Then after finally getting our waitress to take our order we had over an hour and 10 minute wait to receive undercooked steaks and burnt undercooked lamp chops with cold mashed potatoes and hard grilled corn. I was not at all impressed by anything seen or received at this establishment the service was poor so poor we did not even receive refills on any of our drinks, we were not even checked on. The waiter had no idea what A1 steak sauce was. Just bad and horrible service! No I would not recommend unfortunately this was just not a pleasant...
