Extremely hot inside. No fans no ventilation even though it was cool outside. Very disorganized check in and to make the line. No crowd control so you have to tell people to back off and wait their turn. 2nd floor has only one way in and out while people are standing on it and try to take pictures of the mural on the stairs.
Not worth the price and no military discounts. No discount listed on the website, so I called the 800 number and the person also said no military or any discount type. I purchased on the Miami Beach website and again no discount option listed. The account owner replied to my Google review and stated there is 20% military discount, but no offer to adjust my credit card for the same. The claim is that customer service is trained to provide the best customer service yet I did go to the counter while at the first floor where I asked the employee if the AC was even on and her answer was I will check, but the temperature never changed and the AC....
Read moreI came to this place about a month ago and I been meaning to write a review about my wonderful experience at this awesome one of a kind museum. I was welcomed by the person in the front desk which let me say, very very nice and friendly, her name was Nadia. Let me tell you that her customer service was sensational! She went above and beyond the expectation of a sales associate person. After she finished with my transaction she walked me over to the line and explained to me the rules. She was a little fast but then I asked her to slow it a little and she did. She explained it clear as day, explained how things work and such. This place is unique and one of a kind. Never seen a museum like this til I was looking up what to do in Miami and this popped out and I went to check it out. The illusions are really really cool! Took a looooot of pictures. Bought a really cute keychain for memories. I’d...
Read moreFirst of the staff is super helpful and friendly. Helped us set everything up on the tripod, and were around to help here and there We did have to rent a tripod from them so if you just happen to have one you can bring and it would save ya 10, or just plan to factor that into your budget. The price is okay, for the area and for something that is kid friendly to do in an adult kind of city, it could be worth it. We had a lot of fun, and there were some really cool illusions. We went on a Thursday and it wasn't too busy, but the couple in front of us were taking a while, which might not have been so bad but eventually another couple caught up behind us and were very rushed and only wanted to do some of the illusions so we were constantly"battling" over space to take our pics. So I can't really imagine what this place is like when it's busy. Try and go during a slow time would be my...
