Bravo Meat & Fish Supermarket — Attraction in Miami Gardens

One of the most expensive meat markets in Carol City. The most irate thing a business owner could ever do is not cater to the disabled/handicapped citizens. The store has an opening for wheelchair access BUT the little gate is ALWAYS locked!!! That's a no go. I had to run inside the store in the rain and tell an associate to unlock the gate and they took their time and they had to find who had the key to unlock the gate. The store associates will not open that wheelchair access gate because they're too worried about their products being stolen. There is no way I would spend a penny in this store. I tell people to go anywhere...

Went to store on 8/21/21 to buy 5lb box of conch. Charged me $105 for box. After getting home and preparing to fry some conch noticed conch wasn't fresh. Conch was dark colored and mushy which tasted awful and caused my family to get sick. Called store to give awareness of bad product to no avail did I get an answer. Me and family purchase conch from this location often which is usually fresh. This time I was sold a bad batch. Review is to let shoppers know the Conch is not fresh. My experience with this supermarket was not good. They have a kiosk in front of each cash register to accumulate points and sale items sent to your phone and many more things. I have come to this store several times, and when I came this time to save on my groceries with my points. They tell me they don't use the points that are established in their store.
