When I first arrived to the store I was greeted by the security and he was very polite. Followed by the women at the register whom told me that I could go and get the babies clothes which I had wanted to exchange sizes for. Well upon return to the register's I had the pleasure of being helped by Julian whom I have to say was the worse costumer service I have ever experienced. I am an executive director at a high quality child care center and deal with people on a day to day so I know just how challenging it can be. But this man was so unprofessional and was the less bit helpful. When I was explaining that I did not have a receipt because my sons father purchased the clothes but the baby grew out of those sizes. I couldn't understand why an even exchange couldn't be done even with the tags and prices on them never wore it either. Julian was not even trying to politely explain the policy he would cut me off and even told me in other words to shut up and listen. I told him okay sir can you please check with his number to see the purchase. He continued to purposely put in the wrong number. To where I just couldn't deal with this unprofessional behavior and asked him to please charge me. I was in no interest of having money returned I just simply wanted to exchange my sons clothes. And to my very surprise when taking my information he also entered my phone number wrong and followed by saying oh well at lease you have an email receipt. I was beyond myself. Today, my daughter wanted her toy back after it was scanned and she said she canât give it to her till it is paid for??? Like seriously. I was there with my family. Other cashiers were handing over scanned items in bags and she was keeping ours down. We finished, paid and I requested she hands over the bags on the floor first because theyâre heavy and I wanted to put them in the cart, she just said you can stack the ones I gave you first and I left it there which made her hand me the bags. We paid others were nice to the clients when they finished paying and she never cared. Her body language was take your things and leave⌠Like seriously. I spent $200+ at the store today and I donât spend nothing less than $150 each time I visit this location. But for her attitude, not sure I will revisit again.

   Read moreIf I could give it 0 stars I would but not for the store cleanliness or organization. But for the service I received on 1/11/19 from Paulette in the fitting room. Team members feel the need to express their personal opinions and thoughts out loud when they're wrong, rude, unprofessional and unnecessary. When manager Jordan comes along attempting to assist, I had to ask that he get off his phone so I can have his undivided attention. Leaves me to deliver my own opinion, Burlington must not train their employees on proper customer service or maybe these individuals just simply don't care about the customers that guarantee their paychecks.
