He tenido muy mala experiencia en el Dpto de celulares y accesorios, ante todo reconozco la política de compras que tienen con respecto a la devolución, pero resulta que compré un teléfono como saben para enviar a Cuba y que apenas le pusieron la línea el mismo se apagó y cuando se encendió nuevamente apareció con un mensaje de error de seguridad, se trató de reparar pero nunca se pudo acceder al teléfono ni en Cuba ni EEUU, porque el teléfono Samsung tiene un KG, esto es un sistema de protección de bloqueo antirrobo. La respuesta de la vendedora (mujer pelo afro) fue que el dueño le dijo que eso no era problema de ellos que el teléfono fue flasheado) sin contar que el otro vendedor (hombre blanco) nos dijo que nosotros podíamos haberles puesto ese app… jajaja, nos dió hasta gracia porque si nosotros queremos resolver un problema como vamos a crearlo? Esto es sin contar que el que tiene conocimientos de teléfonos sabe que esto no es una app que se puede instalar, y si fuese así, eso no se le dice jamás a un cliente. Por otra parte, no es posible que tú quieras hablar con un manager y plantear una queja y te digan que no podemos porque ellos no saben y no hay donde hacerlo, realmente el customer service es bien malo. Nos han estafado con toda la extensión de la palabra. Pero ya sabemos cómo proceder al respecto.
