V74 Boutique — Attraction in Miami Gardens

I Ordered an outfit on 4/28/19 I received no shipping or confirmation on my package so I emailed and messaged the company on social media 5/4/19. The owner (Vanessa) reached back out and told me my package will be delivered to be Tuesday 5/7/19. Tuesday came and I had no package in my possession. I emailed the owner again asking if she can send me the tracking she told me she would send it first thing in the morning. 5/8/19 no tracking number emailed. I called the boutique and spoke with Juliet who told me that my package was never sent out & the label was not even made for it. So the owner Vanessa blatantly lied to me saying my package was sent out when it never was. I tried to support a black owned business and it was a horrible experience and I will not do business with v74 boutique...

This is the second time placing an order with this boutique and received poor customer service. The first time was in January of last year. I ordered a dress and it never shipped. I sent a message on IG. The lady apologized, offered 15% off and shipped the dress.

Fast forward to this pass December. My man ordered a dress on the 23rd. He received an email on the 30th confirmation. I sent a message last night inquiring about the dress. The lady said again it never shipped. She stated she will check to see if it is in the store and will contact me today. I never received a response, so I called the store. The lady who answered the phone stated they only had that dress in large. I will NEVER support this...

I placed an order with V74 shop on April 30, 2022, received a confirmed order email. May 5, 2022, emailed the site inquiring about my purchase and was informed it would be shipped the next day with a confirmation email for shippment and I would receive it Saturday afternoon, never received either. I emailed again May 7, 2022 and asked for cancellation of my purchase with a refund, there was an apology with an excuse of the packaging company messing up the size on the item.
