Arte Grand Central — Attraction in Miami

I’ve been living at Arte Grande for a few months and I can already say from now I will be extending my lease for the foreseeable future. There are many great things about the building including the convenient location, amazing amenities and most importantly the amazing Conceirge team.

Arianna brings a warmth and vitality to the front desk that is truly extraordinary. Her greeting is always genuine, her manner effortlessly gracious, and her communication highly articulate and clear. Arianna has a remarkable ability to make every interaction feel personal and valued, contributing significantly to the sense of community within the building. Her work ethic is equally noteworthy; she is organized, responsive, and meticulous in her attention to detail. Whether coordinating a package delivery or assisting with administrative concerns, Arianna handles each task with professionalism and an evident pride in her role. Her presence elevates the day-to-day experience for all who pass through the front entrance

My wife and I lived here for 2 years since they first opened. It's way too expensive for Overtown surrounded by Section 8 housing projects.

1. There are homeless people everywhere. They are all around the building sleep directly outside of the building and at the church in the morning they congregate at the bus stop across the street. Not one or two but 20-30.
2. If you live near the gym be prepared for the sound of weights slamming on the floors at all times starting at 5am. Multiple residents have complained about this for years and the building has done nothing. They once promised to install some better flooring to absorb the shock of the weights but ended up doing nothing.
3. Garage entry damaged hasn’t been repaired leaving the garage and the building essentially wide open to the public. I have had items stolen from car because of this.
4. The package delivery service “Fetch” is a huge inconvenience. The 3rd party delivery service actually delivers your things to a warehouse in Doral and you usually get them a day or two later. Super inconvenient if you order something and need it ASAP. They also do not deliver large items so your out of luck if you order anything they consider too big.
5. The building continues to raise the rent without providing any additional amenities or even improving the ones they currently have. The so-called spa is completely empty I’ve never seen anyone using the “spa” services they claim to provide.
6. The staff is mediocre at best, once you are a resident if you ever need to get something from the staff be prepared to have to visit the office in person to get anything done. They do not answer the phone and do not reply to emails.
7. The pool only gets about 4 hours of sun a day after 2pm the sun is complete blocked by the buildings. Not including the new construction that is noisy and a terrible eye sore. The pool tables have also seen better days.
8. The noise from I-95 is terrible. The sound of cars and horns all day long particularly bad during rush hour.
9. The grills on the roof require a $150 deposit to use them. Instead of letting the residents use them and clean up after themselves they charge a ridiculous deposit, because of this I have never seen anyone use them in 2 years.

In conclusion if you are spending over 3k for a 2 bedroom go somewhere else where you get more for dollar. The building was oversold as luxury, but it is...

From the moment I toured the property, I knew this was where I wanted to be. The building is modern, secure, and beautifully maintained. The apartments have a clean, stylish design with spacious layouts and high-quality finishes. The amenities are top-notch — the gym is well-equipped, the rooftop pool has amazing views, and the resident lounges are perfect for relaxing or getting work done.

Don’t get me started on Jess Ortega, SHE IS AMAZING!
