Update* Previously called ETIHAD KHASM. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU SHARE YOUR BANK DETAILS WITH THEM. LOOK AT GOOGLE REVIEWS! Very Poor and Very Disappointing and extremely Manipulative! On the sales call, they share all the wrong information to sign up and buy their services only to find out that the sales person (Staff-AbH) gave you the top notch services that don't even exist for your choice of card. They failed to provide me cheaper rates than what I got directly from the hotels. 2 hotels in Saadiyat island quoted me way cheaper than what this company did. (Staff-MHD-Junior) from reservation said “thank you for making us update our rates, now we can give you the same rate you received from the hotel!” wow, is this what I’ll have to go through every time we book a hotel. Trust and confidence in service providers are key to the success of any company. So it was too late I had already booked hotels directly. There are no proper clear channels for complains, you go around for 3 months talking to literally 10 people each promise you something different. (Staff-SH) mentioned that the refund is ready but someone should have called me to ask for a copy of the card (which was still unboxed until she asked me to take a photo of the card and whatsapp it to her). She promised that the refund should be ready from their end the following week. I called after 10 days after not hearing from any of them (which is normal, you should expect that) to find out from (Staff-FT) that they will charge me DHS 1000 as a penalty! go figure! Weird thing is I have everything documented over whatsapp conversations with 7 of their staff yet non of the seniors asked to look at it to make a sound decision on my refund. I have not used or booked anything through them.. yet they want to deduct DHS 1000 from the original payment AED 1800! And then I was told thatHAD YOU NOT ACTIVATED THE CARD, WE WOULD HAVE REFUNDED YOU THE FULL AMOUNT! *** I didn't activate the card, it was apparently activated by the reservation department when they decided to check for hotel rates.......the alarming thing here is that I was not informed of this activation-(MHD and EHB) both managers mentioned that the card will be activated when I book and confirm my stay or any other service. POINT IS: HOW CAN YOU WIN AN ARGUMENT WHEN EVERYONE WINGS IT AS THEY GO!!!!!! They have no proper website with listed hotels for their different cards which makes it easier for them to get out of complaints because it's your word against theirs (or their sales people who rely very much on misleading information) to a point where they promise you that once you pay and receive a membership number then you can unlock a list of hotels on their website!*There is no such thing! As confirmed by (Staff-EHB)- (Reservation & Customer Relations Manager) It's such a shame when at some point we have to deal with service providers more driven by money making than customer experience. They got it all wrong!
If I can give less than one star, I would not mind.. as this is my worst experience I faced with such company.. They are worst than fraudsters. They have deducted from my card without my permission when I have raised for membership cancellation. Till date no one called me back and no one is answering my call on Auh and Shj office numbers. Such a shame. Their words and offers are way high compared to the market search. Such a fake company. Finally, some one called me back after several trail calls on their land line. She asked me to go to their AUH office. I went on Sunday (8 Jan) and asked me to sign new contract based on the new amount where they can open complaint against it. It has been more than 4 days as of (17 Jan) but no one called.. nested send me the new member ship which already requested to be cancelled. Such company can not succe by forcing people to join with fake information. Till date I was not been contacted although it was communicated that after 21 days, I should get a feedback but it has passed 37 days after 8th Jan. By the way, your web doesn't defined the owners of the entity or who are managing it. Where it seems that transparency is not your aim. No one is sorry as no follow up or call back was received as it passed more than 21 working days on the complaint. You claim that you didn't find my record but if you called your AUH and Shj office and mentioned my name, they will till as you can ask Mr. Mohammed in your AUH office about my issue. But I will call on the mobile mentioned and let's see how far you'll go with...

First of all everything they told me and all the discounts and amazing services was all a lie. Second of all I have never seen worst customer service , just an example, I got a call from them today I didn’t want to answer my friend told me to, so the lady asked me if someone called earlier I said why?! No no one did , she said it’s because of your membership renewal I said even if it was for free I wouldn’t renew, guess what the great customer service team trained her to answer “whatever I didn’t call for you to renew anyways. So I said hhh then why else would you call and so she starts to get even more rude so I said yallah yallah bye” this is one of the examples and trust me there are situations where they were even more rude. Even when I tried to actually start getting what I paid for it took them hours to answer hours get it done and I was already in the hotel and the discount was nothing to mention and not even worst the experience and fuss they put me through ! also whenever I tried to call they never answered. I really don’t understand how this can happen here, this bad customer service, this is one of my worst experiences if not the worst.
