P.Pole Pizza — Restaurant in Miami

P.Pole passed the VIBE CHECK for my daughter and I. The pizza and NUTELLA pizza were DELICIOUS!!! This price is right! Actually the employees on both days we visited were so nice and cordial, responsive, helpful and personable. I asked about parking and the non-English speakers retrieved Juan who offered great suggestions. I feel I personally know all of them, their work schedules, where their families are originally from, what they do in their free time. I left with a new nephew and two nieces. I encourage visitors to get to know people and have conversations. It makes life lively and more enjoyable! I would hope people understand having employees who speak Spanish is crucial and critical for business owners in South Florida. America actually has no “official language” and we are suppose to be a melting pot that welcomes and embraces. All three employees on both days (because we returned) were super sweet and nice! Good employees are hard to find! I was visiting! But will return in July! I see the exceptional and detailed responses the owner has given to those who did not have a perfect experience.

Dear Nice Owner: I would not be offended if you offered a Nutella pizza credit for this great experience post when we return and likely visit 4-5 more times!!! First time here, I love pizza but did not fall in love with P Pizza. The store is nice and the employees were very friendly. I ordered a plain cheese pizza that's what I like to do to critique simple 3 ingredients. Then your palette is not mislead by other ingredients. The dough was good a little yeasty and the cheese amount was fine. But when I asked the guy how was the marinara sauce he couldn't tell me if was sweet or salty. I tried it myself and it really had no flavor. I decided to try the pizza anyway, thinking that the cheese might do it some justice. If they tweaked the sauce with fresh garlic, little oregano and Basil and a little sugar,( I don't like sweet pizza sauce) it would probably be in the 4 star range for me. Very fast cooking time(5 minutes ) and no wait is a positive. If I were the owner my focus would be on improving the sauce, even if I had to come up with the recipe myself, given the marinara that was probably prepackaged. So I literally just bought a six topping pizza from this place and wouldn’t recommend. I selected pepperoni as my final topping and the server told me it was my 5th so pick one more I said more pepporoni. He said ok. When it was time to pay he said he spoke to his manager and it’s gonna be $2 more for the extra pepporoni?!?! Then I got my change and they said I got too much change and asked me to give back a dollar. Then the icing on the cake was I was given no napkins when a worker passed me outside eating I asked if he could bring me some and he said “no sorry you only get the box” meanwhile other customers are coming out with napkins! These people are the worst horrible people! Edited: The manager had the nerve to confront me after this review was posted asking me "If I have a problem with her staff" I didn't reply, I only gave her the look, I'm glad she recognized it and stepped away.
