Ray and his team were our photographer at the Versace Mansion last weekend and are solely responsible for precious memories my new husband and I as well as our extended family will cherish forever. As a nervous “covid bride,” planning a Miami wedding from Manhattan gave me a lot of anxiety but I knew from the moment I randomly stumbled on Ray’s Instagram page, selecting him to photograph my wedding couldn’t have been a better decision. Ray took it upon himself to provide guidance from A to Z when it comes to the planning process throughout the year and even provided phenomenal local Miami suggestions like a magnificent videographer and exceptional glam squad for my small army bridesmaids. It goes without saying how appreciative I am for great recommendations not only on who to select for vendors, but timing when it comes to finding the best light, which poses truly capture the venue & moment perfectly along with how can we maximize our time shooting but adhere to a packed schedule. The list could go on and on.

Ray is a no nonsense kind of guy and from the get go, makes you feel like he’s your advocate on the hunt for the best photographs. What more can I bride ask for? It’s evident why people consider him an OG in the wedding photography business and why he consistently gets booked at fashion weeks and maintains friendships with top designers. He’s a real treat to be around too and kept everyone smiling and laughing. He listens very well and takes the time to learn personal details prior to the wedding about my groom and family while always making himself accessible for questions before the big day. He knew every nook & cranny of Versace Mansion like the back of his hand and impressed everyone with his instruction on what could be an epic picture.

The best part about the wedding aside from marrying the man of my dreams- was Ray dropping off acrylic photographs the morning after the wedding (less than 12 hours after he left for the evening) for us to have & give to our families at our farewell brunch. There’s no better feeling than basking in all of the glory and happiness of a wedding while staring at beautiful pictures. My husband and I are smiling from ear to ear and can’t thank Ray & his team enough for being absolutely remarkable. Bravo!...

As the sister of the bride/MOH, I feel my perspective of how my sister’s wedding unfolded behind the lens was unique. Ray’s effortlessly calm demeanor set the tone for what would be hours of extraordinary photography on wedding day. He flawlessly navigated the entire day, not allowing any of the vendors, bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents, groom or bride ruffle any feathers. All series of photographs were executed with the utmost precision, and was provided with Ray’s much needed comedic relief on a hot Miami day. If Ray felt the bride’s feet may have been hurting after standing for too long, he insisted on her sitting and resting her feet. If Ray sensed the groom was overheating in his velvet tux, he voiced a break was needed and directed him to stand under a fan.

To top it all off — Ray is so incredibly thoughtful that he dropped off 5 printed photographs to the bride and groom’s apartment for them to come home to as newlyweds. My sister and new brother-in-law (and parents) were so thrilled they chose Ray and his team to capture this special time for them and for that, I am forever grateful!

Ray is the most professional photographer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He exemplified in the photography setting with his attention to detail, professionalism and preparedness within his profession. He demonstrated extensive knowledge, the application therein, and passion for his work. His work is impeccable.

He can literally make any image you have in your mind a reality and makes it so much fun. I had the opportunity to see some of his work, read his reviews and talk to other clients that had the privilege to work with him. He confirmed to me through the work of my daughter’s sweet fifteen pictures that every single shot he took was perfect.
