Soleste Spring Garden — Attraction in Miami

This apartment and management company is engaging in fraud to allocate illegal charges and fees to their tenants, and will claim “property damage” for normal wear and tear. Soleste Spring Gardens in Miami, FL, has claimed that the walls are damaged when there are no holes or major stains/marks, and are alleging that it is the tenant’s duty to clean the air filters, when that is a standard requirement for maintenance to take care of during normal operations within the apartment complex itself. This apartment has violated local housing codes as it pertains to fire safety, as the fire alarms have gone off over 40 times since the beginning of the year. The property managers have harassed me through text messages, telling me to “delete” my reviews on google, when I exposed this issue to prospective tenants on Google reviews in the past. There were several bad reviews from other tenants pointing out the same, but it seems like those tenants were coerced to delete their reviews as well. My guess is that since this apartment is no where near full capacity after over a year of being open, they are trying to find ways to racket as much money as possible from their tenants, even after they move out.
