I ordered a Smoothie and trail mix on Wednesday (Today being Friday) to be delivered. On the instructions I put leave with Security. I follow the tracking page up until delivery. As it reports that it is delivered I received nothing. I even get a follow up text from the delivery service (Door Dash) asking about the delivery person's service, and of course I put the appropriate rating. I contact Door Dash Customer service, and after explaining the problem, they tell me to contact Smoothie King. I log back on to my Smoothie King website, and they refer me to the particular resturant. I call the resturant by phone at this point and I speak to an assumedly young lady that explains to me that they do not have anything to do with the order after Door Dash picks it up. At this point I'm being given a run around by 2 companies, with no smoothie or trail mix, nor the money I paid, and I try not to take out my fustrations on the young lady on the phone. She then tells me that she can refund the money, and I was grateful at the time and thanked the lady. I then look at my account and no money has been refunded (Being 2 days later). I am currently on hold with the resturant (35 minutes and counting.) and chances are they forgot or purposely put me on hold because they dont care. I've ordered two previously times before this without a problem.

Read moreTo owner I came by your store to try one of the new bowls advertised . I placed my order and sat down and waited patiently for my bowl to be prepared. There were two young ladies, from my observation one of them was preparing smoothies and the other was cleaning the blenders and then you have this young man in the corner preparing my bowl. As I’m waiting I notice everyone they order and was gone so I stood up a politely asked was my bowl ready. I look over to my right and see the young man in the corner finishing up my bowl. So as he hand me the bowl I’m looking at the bowl like it’s not suppose to look like this. So I told the young man the bowl isn’t suppose to look like this. I purchased one like this yesterday from another location and it was made the exact way on the picture. I asked him why was it so watery it’s suppose to be thick at the bottom of the bowl. He repeated some ingredient I didn’t see on the board. I left the store dissatisfied . I paid $12 and some change for a bowl i couldn’t get made how it was advertised. Sadly this location is lowkey racist towards white people, iv been coming here alot due to work and its been a sour experience every single time customer service wise and today was my limit, one staff member on the front, all i got was a side eye and my smoothie was a complete mess, i asked for napkins and got ignored because she was on the phone with an airpod in, meanwhile people coming in get a greeting and excellent service, none of which were white. Super sad to be typing this but the reality. Do something about the staff plz, super uncalled for...
