Nike Factory Store - Michigan City — Attraction in Michigan City

Visited the outlets on May 27, 2024 during a Business stay in MC, Nice location with a good variety of Nike products.

However, I had to walk out the store without making a purchase, which I was hoping to do, after an unpleasant interaction with one of the customer service reps. (Mixed or Biracial, Tall, Coloured eyes. Male.)

Every customer should be free to choose any Nike product of their choice for purchase without customer service representatives making rude or comical remarks. Aka, laughing at the customer due to their preferred shoe of choice. I found the action unprofessional, and solely decided to write this review because I do not want that experience to happen to anyone else.

I sincerely hope Nike MC Outlet management will speak to all their staff about proper Customer Service while Interacting...

Shame on your company from pulling the American Flag shoes. Colin Kaepernick, if you have a problem with the American Flag then move to another country that isn’t paying your way. I find it very insulting that you would pull your shoes based off of an ignorant man that lives in the USA and doesn’t support our American flag. My advice would be to donate those shoes to whom ever wants them and make more. It’s sickening that we coward to people that feel it’s offensive. By you pulling your shoes, you’re taking away the rights of American people. We stand for our freedom, our rights, our choices. Let people make their choice if they want to buy them or not. So I shopped last night here……All three my sons range in ages 17-12-9…….I was very pleased with the outcome of my search as well as Jacob’s assistance in helping me find the right size shoe for my youngest son. Also the willingness of Jacob to help me with the deals they offered and staffs willingness to make things pleasant was uplifting. Nike customer service is definitely excellent! We left very happy!! I don’t usually find everything for all three my boys at times. The stock was on point! Thank you Jacob and staff for making our experience awesome!
