Satara Home and Baby — Attraction in Middleton

My husband and I drove out of our way to visit Satara Home and Baby because they carried the brands we were specifically looking for—and it was 100% worth it! The owner is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. He answered all our questions without ever pressuring us or trying to upsell anything. We were encouraged to take our time, try everything out, and explore all our options.

We even went back for a second visit, and he remembered us! He let us measure and test out a few more things, and once again was so patient as we spent hours in the store. After doing tons of research and weighing all the pros and cons, we finally made our decision—and we owe it all to the amazing experience we had at Satara Baby. I went in to look at the kyte baby and was planning on purchasing a few items the guy ignored me when I came in and didn’t even say hello. But then another couple came in and the guy went up to them and greeted them and said if they need any help to let him know and continue to walk around and talk with them. I know I don’t have an upper baby visa. And I was not looking my best. I will admit that, but my baby and I were walking around and I decided to stop in and shop a little. Just because I look like I don’t have the money does not mean that I don’t have the money I thought it I will never be getting my money to that place and I will turn away all of my friends who asked if they should go. Today was the second time I’ve been in this store (drove in from Baraboo). The owner of the store is so kind and helpful. He goes out of his way to help you understand the products, which I really appreciated. I also liked that although they do sell quality, more “luxury” baby items, it didn’t feel pretentious. Both times I came in, I was wearing a sweatshirt and jogger pants/bike shorts and never felt out of place.

I liked looking at the strollers (we were checking out the vista, but they have wagons there as well!), the baby clothes (I like that they carry the Kyte brand and others! It’s so nice to be able to feel them in person vs looking online), and the more natural toys (not plastic). We will...
