Worst. Experience. Ever.
So basically they were very unsanitary and rough + rude.
So when I first walked in, they were super busy, and put me in the last open chair, as my spring formal is tomorrow. As soon as I walked over, there was still a plastic overlay on the foot tub with water still in it. A lady walked over, filled it with more water even though there was dirty water with a dirty overlay...
Then, I had by far the quickest most messy pedicure of my life. The lady didn't ask me to cut my cuticles or not, and just proceeded to, until I finally noticed and she had cut almost all of my cuticles off. Great.
Then I got my french pedi over with after being scratched horribly by the scrub, and my toes had now magically produced red burning cuts all around them that still hurt right now. Then she proceeded to take me to the table to get my nails done.
For my nails I asked for a french with tips (gel tips). This was a horrible mistake. She put the tips on very sloppily and they are still crooked. Then, my pointer finger nail wasn't even on my original nail, and I pointed it out. She practically ignored it and just placed the pink stuff on top, creating a weird bump. Also, she put wayyy too much, and I was watching the girl next to me get a really pretty manicure, meanwhile mine was rushed and trash. Many of the white parts of the french manicure is smudged, and its a very ugly ugly looking manicure. The lady had a bob haircut, and was tall. Don't reccomend her. Another lady did my mom's nails, and they were also rushed and streaky. The man next to me doing a lady's nails was very efficient and careful with the manicure so if you are going to go, ask the man to do it for you. I now am sitting in bed massaging my hands and feet due to the painful cuts that a careless lady caused, and wallowing about how horrible my nails will be for my formal tomorrow. Honestly, with all the nail salons in Middletown, there is no reason to go...

Read moreWorst nail salon. My family & I used to all come here but stopped when we realized our nails weren’t making it longer than 3 days. They rush through your manicure every time (even after making you wait 30-45 min even with an appointment). I got my acrylics done two days ago and the clear top coat began to peel off less than 24 hours after my appointment (for the second time now). I have chosen to let the rest of my gift certificate go to waste as I refuse to continue to waste time getting my nails done just to have to have them fixed the next day. They cut corners by only applying acrylic to breakages instead of replacing the nail (making it crack before it even leaves the lot). Beware and go to any of the better locations nearby for quality work and...
