The workout is amazing - it is very challenging, involving tons of equipment: trx, resistance bands, rams, kettlebells, bikes, rowers, ski machines, sleds, ropes, boxes, benches, etc. it changes every day, and the schedule let's you know in advance what body part will be focused on. The time in the gym goes fast, it's not boring, and while very challenging it is doable because you won't be doing any particular activity for longer than 4 - 6 min. The music is the trainer's choice but mostly great, no complains here. Additional bonus: the gym has a hill right outside and outside sprints uphill are incorporated quite nicely into the workout routine. People are great, everyone is nice, friendly and encouraging. Unlike F45, the trainer demonstrates the moves and offers options, so you don't have to rely on the cartoon. I would definitely rate it higher than F45 and Orangetheory because of the equipment options, variety and life demo, vs cartoon. It is more challenging (I have done both - I find F45 the easiest of the three, OTF is great if you love running, but its equipment is limited and it gets boring at times). He was fantastic about modifications since I really had no idea what to expect. I have attended about 20 classes since then and each and every class has been amazing and I feel like each time I can do more than I did the last time. The coaches are awesome, energetic and definitely challenge me. I never feel like I’m out place there. There are athletes and people like me who are just getting started. From the beginning warmups all the way to the burnouts. What encourages me are the amazing coaches. They make sure you are doing the correct form and give you pointers. When I think I can’t do something or lift that much weight, the coaches are my biggest cheerleaders that I can do it! They will challenge you in the best way.
