S & Y Jovi's Fine Jewelry — Attraction in Middletown Township

This jeweler was absolutely horrible. Back in July while cooking, my family heirloom ring broke in the middle of the band. I was so upset as it was my grandfathers, so I went to Jovi's Fine Jewelry hoping they would be able to repair the simple fix. When I got my ring back, (which they told me they even put an extra layer of gold on) I found that one side of the band was suddenly slimmer than the other. When I mentioned this to the jeweler, they told me that there was nothing they could do and that if it broke, they would repair it, and if not, that I would need to pay $200 for a new band (that they made worse!!) 2 months later, my ring is now bent on the side where they thinned the gold. It's always an absolute pleasure to work with Pete and the rest of the staff at S&Y Jovi's. Last year, I was looking to have a very specific custom engagement setting made. After being turned away by four or five other jewelers, I was losing hope and then I found Pete. He was the answer to all of my prayers. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, I provided him with photos, he gave me his professional opinion, and then he made the perfect ring for me. The turn around time was super fast and the price was more than reasonable. This year, my fiancée and I returned for our wedding bands and once again, Pete was the man! I love this place! I went in and was greeted warmly by the saleswoman and the Jeweler. They were exceptional, personable, knowledgeable and extremely patient showing me different earrings. Cut, clarity, value! I originally had gone in for a ring guard...Jeweler refused to charge me!! He did it for nothing!! What customer service!! I usually go to the Jewelry Exchange..but, the prices were so much better here!! They made a new customer out of me!! I'll be back to purchase the earrings I was interested in!!
