These guys are disrespectful. My neighbor hasn’t paid on his stuff I guess. They came to pick up his merchanise while I was getting out of my car with my son & an older dude came at me like “where is (my neighbor’s name)” & I didn’t see his car so I replied with “I don’t believe he’s home” & this dude proceeded to tell me all of this info he should have been telling my neighbor & NO ONE ELSE like “he’s going to get 25% of all of his paychecks taken from him” blah blah blah. Why are you telling me? I didn’t give you my name or relation to the guy, I barely said anything to the rent 2 own guy because i’m struggling to carry my bag, child & his belongings & I just wanted to get home to relax after work, but no, I get stopped rudely by this random dude about stuff that isn’t even my business. The guy also followed me back to MY apartment & stood there while I was inside & I didn’t come back out because i wasnt going to leave my son alone, it was rude & weird. He stood out there for like 10-15 minutes.I don’t have an account with this place or anything, but i’ll never rent anything from them because if they’re gonna stop some random on the street by your house & ask about you & then tell them about your information, who knows what else they’ll do? Like they have no right to start telling someone that ISNT you about your account. I let my neighbor know when he got home & he’s pretty pissed about it. But another thing is on the slip they left on my neighbors door, the guy wrote “have fun getting 25% of your paycheck taken every pay period” on it & like how rude is that??? I got a sectional from them and seen bed bugs on it I called the store the next business day and a couple of workers came to check the couch and one worker pulled a piece of the material out from the side and found a nest of them. They took the couch in for the heat treatment and brought it back the next day. Well I'm still seeing bed bugs and called them back. The man was rude on the phone and said the problem came frome my house and not their store ummmm no you found a nest of them inside the couch. All I wanted was them to take this sectional back and order me a new one that had never been used, the exact same sectional but new in the box because iIreally liked it but iIdidn't want the critters that came with it they couldn't do that so they are coming to set the furniture and refund me my money. I've been a customer for a couple years now and untill now they was all really nice and helpful. I'm calling corporate and taking my business else where, I'll never get anything from them again. I don't recommend getting furniture from them because if it has bugs they'll say it was your fault. Very disappointed in them. Damn fix the problem Rto instead of trying to push blame on the customers, not good business. Yes you can get bed bugs from pre rented furniture and yes customers can also carry them into your store, don't think your store is amune to them iImean come on use a little common sence and quit acusing...
Read moreI just had the worst customer experience interaction ever, bar none. I called to inquire about a VR headset, about my tricky credit situation but that I was financially stable. The first call, I was passed off from one lady, who became VERY rude after she asked about current job status and income. She was incredulous, even lightly accused me of being dishonest, before passing me off to another employee….that never came to the phone. After 10 minutes of hold, the phone was picked up, and hung up. I called back, and yet ANOTHER lady was rude from the word hello. When I tried explaining my situation and recapping, she became aggressive. I thought I was being punked, you can see on my all my other reviews, I rarely leave a bad one, and when I do, when the business is responsive I always will come back to highlight the efforts made. But this, this was far and above what must be a hostile place to work to want talk down to, then when I tried explaining and she cut me off, I said “I’ll just come buy the thing”. At that point she said I wouldn’t be allowed in the store…to just buy it! I’m dumbfounded and I feel for these two women. Most employers offer EAP and have help for things going on in your life that would make multiple employees of a business this hostile. I still don’t believe it. Anyways, won’t not recommend, there is no worse customer service...
