Border States — Attraction in Midland

Flat out, this company is stealing my money! I ordered some items back in February and was told the items were in stock and would ship from the manufacturer in time. After I placed the order, the next day I received an email saying the items were on backorder. I needed the items for a job that we had to do quickly so I cancelled the order. Apparently the order did not get cancelled so the items were shipped to me, after we had completed our job. I returned the items on March 1st to the manufacturer with an RMA I was given. I have been told by border states that until they get their refund, I am not entitled to my refund. I did not buy from the manufacturer, I bought from border states therefore I feel that it is their duty to take care of their customer and refund the money that I paid them and for them to deal with the manufacturer due to the fact that they were also told the items were in stock, but yet they were back ordered. In all honesty, I highly recommend not doing business with this company because apparently all they care about is getting their money and not doing what's right for the customer. How should I be out almost $900 for over two and a half months and have no items to...

Not a good experience. I went here because my sister in law use to work at the one in San Angelo. I was at the counter for more than 30min not one single employee acknowledged I was there. While standing there I watch a guy with long hair help two other people who came in after me. Then he asked people who where walking around if they needed help. We made eye contact twice. He never asked me if I needed any help. Hands down worst experience I've ever had at BSE. You guys need customer service...

We unloaded at this place a load of pipe and the forklift operator, her name was Jennifer, was very rude, when there was no reasin to be. Even when we were through unloading and told her thank you she never responded, just signed our bill of laden and drove away. Hope we never have to deal with her again in our travels, this was the Border States Electrical Supply...
