This used to be the best place in town to get a prescription. I called this morning at 9am. My prescription had been sent over before 7am. The tech said, "nope, sorry, we just don't have it." I hung up, checked with my doctor and called back. I got the same tech. I told him I had just called and let him know the doctor had faxed the rx. He said, "oh. Let me check the fax. Oh yeah, it's here. It'll be ready inan hour and a half." OK, so why not check the fax machine before you tell me you don't have it? It already takes an act of congress just to get the prescription written in the first place. I went ahead and waited 2.5 hours to give them some grace and noticed nothing had updated on the app. I called and got a SUPER RUDE Hispanic lady. She said, " oh that's not ready. I just put it in." I explained the situation and she cut me off before I could finish. She said, "well. I don't know what to tell you!! We're BUSY AND I JUST PUT IT IN. 45 minutes." She wouldn't let me get another word in. I get you're busy, but don't lie. Just say you don't care and it's not important to you so I can take my business elsewhere and get on with my life. Have spent hours waiting in line and what feels like days on the phone with them but still don't have it. The first time I went in to pick it up they said it was out of stock even though I'd called and checked to make sure they had it before I came to the store. Then they said it would be ready in a week and when I went to pick it up they said the doctor called in the wrong prescription. Had the doc call and tell them it was correct. Tried to pick it up again and they said it wasn't ready. I went back the following week when they said it would be ready and they said my insurance doesn't cover it so they didn't fill it. I am not sure why she was hired or why she is even in a consumer service position. I have decided to change pharmacies due to the horrible and negative experienceS I have had with her. I rarely write negative reviews because people have bad days..I get it..but I can no longer justify giving my hard earned money to this pharmacy. It is just insane to hand someone money after being treated that way. I will no longer pay to be disrespected and treated like I am ruining her day just by her having to do her job.
