I was in Midland for a work trip and this cute little coffee spot was right next to my hotel. I’m so happy I stopped in and tried it. I love coffee and this is hands down some of the best coffee I’ve had. Their vanilla latte was so wonderful 🥰. Andy and his crew were seriously amazing!! Their vibes and positive energy were great! The Grind Cafe did not disappoint, so make sure to stop in and show them some love 🫶🏼💕 -Storm

They also have hojicha, which I have not seen in any coffee place in west tx, so I will be going back to try that very soon!!

I was in Midland for a work trip and this cute little coffee spot was right next to my hotel. I’m so happy I stopped in and tried it. Update #2 a whole yr since I've put in a review. This yrs spring flavors are delicious. Ras_berry Einspanner is my favorite one! Still amazing staff and I know will forever be one of my favorite places!!

Update This place is still excellent!!! The new Spring menu is delicious to say the least!! Still recommending this place to everyone I know!! Excellent service! Super nice and helpful! I love trying new things. I asked for a surprise me drink and got an Einspanner with brown sugar! The drink was creamy and the flavors did not disappoint! The batista even gave me instruction on how to drink it. I did express it was my first time at the shop. The atmosphere was comfortable and calming! I'm definitely recommending this place to...

My husband and I are Koreans and from LA and I myself is coffee connoisseur and been missing and wanting a good cup of coffee + cute city vibes Korean cafe ever since we’ve relocated here 🥲 and I’m so happy that this place opened in midland I could cry 🥹🥹🥹

I appreciate the fact that owners use high quality coffee beans, espresso machines and most importantly OG matcha powder for their drinks 👍👍👍👍

Never thought I would see einspanner drinks in west TX - I usually devour these when I visit back in LA 🤭 their cream for einspanner latte was on point - not too thick like cake frosting but just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

So happy to see Korean traditional flavors + aesthetics...

I’m overwhelmed at how good this coffee shop in Midland Texas is. When I walked up, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but certainly didn’t expect a legit modern coffee shop that focused on coffee to this level. I was instantly greeted by an inviting atmosphere with lots of people studying, which is often a good sign. The barista that served me a as warm and inviting, and explained the coffee to me in detail. I tried the Einspanner, and it was so delicious that I had to get the drip, which was also very good.
