Latest UPDATE: 90 minutes is the sweet spot!! I've always only gotten 60 minute massages here and at the spa. Chinese Massage is affordable enough at $100 for a 90 minutes massage I decided to splurge this time. I'll never go back to 60 minutes. That extra 30 minutes was just right to achieve full body relaxation and relief from multitude of aches and pains. Highly recommend!
UPDATE: Since initially trying Chinese massage I've been back three times and have brought my daughter as well as my significant other. If you need a massage and you haven't tried this place you're CHEATING yourself!!! The only thing wrong with Chinese massage is that I don't come often enough!!! Consistently it's a great massage every visit and it's affordable enough to visit regularly. Just finished another 60 minute massage. Plan to return within the next two week and do a 90 minute!! After several visits I've upgraded my initial four star rating to five stars. Thanks Chinese Massage! See you again soon! 😁😁😁😁
Initial Review: Three days out from my 60 minute full body massage and I just noticed....my back hurts. For me that's AMAZING. My back hurts every single day of my life. I'm talking debilitating back pain. Like unable to work sometimes back pain. Like currently on plain management back pain. But for 72 hours post message my back felt ten years younger!! The massage parlor itself was clean and relaxing. I fell asleep twice listening to guzheng music under the skillful hands of Lina. The hot stone portion was amazing. I got a deep tissue massage but next time will do swedish and ask for longer time with the hot stones. Well worth the price!!! So why four stars instead of five? I was asked IMMEDIATELY to pay in advance. Before she'd even asked what type of message I wanted!!!!! I had to say hold on...let me look at the price board and pick what I want first!!!! And I don't think that's the usual procedure. I think perhaps being African American is why I was asked to pay before receiving service. And that's just not cool. Especially disappointing in a minority...
Read moreRead before booking appointment. I really enjoyed the Edmond location three years ago. When I went to the mid West city location last week I was excited. They fit me in as a walk in. We couldn't communicate well. She barley spoke English. She was nice and seemed to understand me fine. The massage was painful. It's waited six days since the massage and my neck and back still hurt from the massage. She drilled her elbows into my neck and back. I couldn't move after it. The next day was worse. I was taking medicine to cope. I told her six times it hurt and I wanted it lighter. She told me if I wanted to feel better it needed to hurt now. So I sucked it up and let her work. She ripped my toes and all of them had tears in them. Idk if you know what that feels like but walking sucks! I have been getting massages since I was 13 and this was one of the worst unfortunately. I can't imagine many people enjoying a painful experience. It didn't even work out the knots, pain, or stiffness....
Read moreI've been here before and the first time was a good experience which led me to book my most recent appointment. This time, her phone rang more that 15 times and she answered all of those 15 times, pausing the massage every time. She was booking customers throughout the 90 minute massage I booked. I booked for 90 mins and it was suppose to start at 2pm but she asked to reschedule to 3:15pm and did not start the massage until 3:30pm and ended the massage at 5:00pm which means I paid for all the times she stopped to book customers 15 different times. Also note that this place has a 15% TIP REQUIREMENT even for bad service. 0/10 don't recommend coming here. I left more stressed than...
