Bring moist towelettes, paper towels to clean up spills, being how they can stain & get on peoples clothes, be tracked to other objects such as car, other seating , i would also limit snacking, drinking outside the outer playground walk area, preventing accidents from spills. Read moreThis is a very nice park for kids. The equipment seemed well maintained and clean. This is one of those parks with the coolest gear that makes for a fun time for kids, but a terrifying and exhausting time for mom if you have a younger one. While there we watched many kids fall because the gear is just extra challenging. It isn't unsafe, just requires a lot of strength and coordination. There was also a nice big basketball court nearby. Google maps seems to be taking folks to the church parking lot, but there is actually a park parking lot off Hines St. We went in early March and there was absolutely no shade. Read moreThis park is awesome! I stubbled across it by accident and it just might be the best park I've been to so far. It has bathrooms, lighting in the parking lot, lots of space to run and soooo many things to play with. From xylophones, to climbing things, to many swings of different types including double swings, a zip glide thing, rock climbing, things that go round and round, shaded "treehouse", monkey bars, slides, a giant seesaw, wall activities, several bench swings and shaded sitting for caregivers.
