I went here yesterday to get my brows threaded for the first time ever. I have very thin eyebrows from the years of over plucking/waxing and I let them grow out to what I would call "eye bushes". I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, and was greeted by a very friendly young lady, she told me 10-15 minute wait, which I was expecting because I WALKED in with no appointment on a SATURDAY afternoon. Well, I waited 5 minutes, and was called to the first chair, I told the lady that threaded my brows this was my first time, and I was looking to get a slight arch without making them overly thin again, she made me feel very comfortable during the entire experience, asking frequently if I was doing okay. It took her about 10-12 minutes to make my brows look as perfect as they have ever looked! I am officially DONE with waxing and threading it will be, so much less painful than waxing I was actually really surprised at how much it didn't hurt. Maybe it was because of how awesome the lady I had thread them was, or maybe its threading in general, but wow do my brows look amazing!! Thank you Exquisite Threading!! I've come to this place many times to get my eyebrows done. They are prompt and great at it. Today I wrote the review about in exchange for 10% off my services today. But the trick is, i did the review. My eyebrows were fine as also but this time I got my lashes done as well. Normally when I get my clusters done at my regular spot it takes about 20-25. I got them done here today and it took about 12 minutes (if that) and they used a paper folder to fan them dry, and of course here I am 4 hrs later and they are still wet. I can see the glue clumps. I complained and asked for my money back and agreed to take the lasher off, they said they would do them again for free. Of course I declined because I don't want them to just mess up again. They refused to give me my money back for the lashes even though I was completely unsatisfied. Great with brows, not so great with customer satisfaction and terrible with lashes. I'm sure she wasn't even licensed. 1 star only because I can't...
