If i could give negative stars i would! Worst establishment in the entire City of Columbus, scheduled an online order guy brought the food out to me and didnt include my entire order tried pushing the carhop button that wasnt on or they chose to ignore me. Got out of my car knocked on the door no one came, couldnt go through the drive thru as it was already wrapped around the building twice. I called 7 times while sitting in the parking lot and it went to voice-mail each and every time. Then we said you know what we will just go home call corporate and get our money back for the food we didnt receive however we found Sonic's corporate is no better than this location. I was hung up on by someone who said uh and hum every other word and just that they would ask the franchise owner to look into what happened and thats kinda ridiculous seeing how every other review on here is a bad review which means the franchise owner is clearly checked out and is only in it for the money and will be closed soon. I have to dispute the charge on my credit card because i really dont see anyone refunding me as the employees are the same people this peraon hired and allows them to run his store so poorly. I will never be returning and making complaints on every single platform i can find!! Even worse I get home and the hotdogs are over cooked, the chicken tenders were cold probably from the wait of trying to get the rest of the order and the grilled cheese wasnt grilled it was cheese and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHORRIBLE! On 8/11 we pulled into a curbside parking spot to place an order. We pushed the red button to place our order. 10 minutes later, we had still yet to even be acknowledged. A simple, ā Sorry for your wait. Weāll get to you as soon as we canā would have been acceptable. Instead we got nothing. We witnessed 2 cars drive off without placing an order. We complained to two employees and still received no acknowledgement. After 15 minutes my fiancĆ© walked up to the employee entrance and the āshift managerācame to the door. He informed my fiancĆ© that he had no control over who his little āorder takerā took orders from. It automatically went to those in the drive-thru. After 20 minutes, I walked up to the employee entrance and the same guy came to the door. I politely asked for the general managerās name and number. He simply responded, āYou need to leave or Iām calling the police.ā First off, I had committed no crime. Secondly, in my opinion, the guy had no managerial skills and instead of dealing with the situation like a manager it was easier to make us go away. This Sonic has ALWAYS lacked promptness but this was way over the top. They are not only EXTREMELY SLOW BUT EVEN RUDER. We left and went to a Dairy Queen. It was better than Sonic anyway. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI arrived 30mins before close and the drive through line had at least four cars waiting to order and the car at the speaker looking as though they had already been waiting a while. So based off this observation I went to a parked spot where I pressed the red button immediately which read ā Red Button Activated weāll be with you shortlyā I waited 15mins for someone to take my order which was only a large Cherry Limeade. While waiting I could see the employees through the window cleaning instead of taking orders. By this time it is 10:45 and the lights suddenly shut off to my shock. I look over and see thereās no longer any cars waiting in the drive through in which I drive over and am told āweāre closedā I respond saying you donāt close till 11:00pm and they respond saying āwell weāre not taking anymore ordersā I then explain how Iāve been waiting in a parked spot to order for 15mins since 10:30 and I am ignored not getting a response from them. I felt as though that was completely rude and unprofessional. So I plan to make a call to their corporate office to see if they know that this location closes whenever they want and treats their customers so insignificantly.
